The Jort. It might only be available in Europe
post #70397 of 78717

Ah, I've read about that. Just went to your tumblr to see the full pics. Stance looks low and I hear it is full-canvased. Can I ask what the price is in general of Jort's in euros? It is long enough?

Today:

Kinda gross outside so I opted for boots. I need to give them a good wipe and polish later. There's snow and salt everywhere.

And @in stitches, here you go. Navy blazer.

Correct smile.gif as for length, I find it long enough. Similar to the Sienna I think. And yes, it is full canvas

Yikes on the price! I think MTM is less even in their higher end fabrics. Are we talking about a jacket or a suit?

Love it!  But them collars are small. Bigger collars!

RTC: Not going to quibble, but just say definitely keep going in the direction you've been heading as here. The higher collar stance on the shirt suits you better than many of the anemic collars of past pics (I still like points under lapel). Stitch can weigh in on stripes (if he feels like it....this is meant as an arch reference to the good taste thread).

Heh Rudals...I think that's a bigger collar than he's had in the past. It seems higher to me than his other ones. Do you mean spread?

shirt collar is not good, but the stripes do not bother me, regardless of what is being said in the GT thread right now.

Yeah. I definitely need more collars like the one from last week. I'll make sure that any future shirt purchases are like that. I like the fit a lot more as well.

I'll probably relegate the other shirts to weekend shirts worn sans ties or wear them on days when I don't feel like wearing a tie with a jacket.

Thanks! Thrifted as well. Had some lining issues that I fixed myself and it's good to go. Vintage BB 346. Buttons say 346 on them so I might swap them out someday.

Is it the shirt collars or is it the jacket?

I am thinking the jacket may be a tad big?

Can't tell with current pics.
