This tie is letting me Sprezz like crazy today!

The only thing I'd change, seeing it now, is that I'd wear a plainer shirt rather than the houndstooth.

(I also didn't realise those shots were so blurry till I posted them here!)

If you "quite like it" why are you considering passing it on?

Can't wait to hear what Sugarbutch has to say about that tie...... lurker[1].gif

See above.

Tie is terrible. Shiny, and not at all congruent with the suit - it contrasts too much both in color & fabric. A more muted, matte tie would have been better.

Ah you know, the usual reasons... its not something I would wear a lot, I have limited space for storage...

I'm not unaware of all these points.

I think Holdfast might be able to squeeze out a little love for that tie.  But I'm afraid it might, on close examination and empirically speaking, be fucking horrible. :)

Pass it like you pass water.

Erm, Roy, about your tie...

DC are you cracking a smile?  :D  Looks good!  Love the trousers! :slayer:

Tough love from me, Cleav: I very much approve of the matching waistcoat and trousers with odd jacket - the "stroller style".  Butler would nod sagely, I'm sure.

But I wish you'd picked a more interesting, lively and country jacket.  And a less interesting, lively, and c***y tie. :)

What is it with the nasty ties today? Must be some backlash from all those sweet-and-neats in the Noodle thread.

Good man Mimo, I need you around to talk straight and tell it like it is!

I fully expected minus-thumbs even for this tie today. But in a world ... where one man's  journey ...can only begin... with an ending... I have no idea what I'm talking about.
