HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 4664

@mimo did you match the laces, and socks, on purpose, or just happened that way today? Have to say I quite like it, and the whole fit.

Well, the shoes came with blue laces anyway, and the socks were rather a coincidence - I just picked a pair up without much thought.  But I did like how it sat together, thanks a lot. :)

Suit - Pal Zileri
Shirt - Turnbull & Asser
Tie - Dehavilland
PS  - Kent Wang
Shoes - Herring

I was all geared up to wear my Anderson & Sheppard cord suit today for one last hurah before it gets snapped up on ebay, but weather is foul and class is canceled, so I'm sitting at home in garments this thread would hardly deem tinder, much less "clothing".

Very nice, Tweedy. I especially like #3.

In a rush and didn't notice my pocket was messed up. I hate when that happens:

Cheers CD. I'm a sucker for POW ties, and that's a lovely one (as is the Drakes PS). I have something much wimpier (less rich of a brown). Like the blue overcheck too. Is that tie Kamakura or Wu? If the latter, which one:D?

CD that is a very special tie nod[1].gif

It's a 3.75in Brioni silk/wool tie. I was thinking of sending it to TieCrafters to get it slimmed to 3.25 or 3in. Thoughts? Perhaps that would help the knot as well.

outside of that, i agree with your critique. a nice fit overall that could use a few tweaks. pants also dont look right in the hips, but that could be a picture/stance issue as well.

What tweaks would you recommend? Sorry for the poor pics, I don't own a proper camera/tripod other than my iPhone but I'll try a self timer next time.

As far as photography, the main thing is a decent angle and natural lighting. As far as the fit just what was said before. Again, it was a nice looking fit and there was nothing horribly wrong with it. Just a few tweaks might make it even better.

Wrong thread. There's a separate thread dedicated to Suitsupply. Anyway, patterned linen is frowned upon by some here, such as Manton.
