Thanks. Trousers sit quite well because of the suspenders. Problem might be caused by my over the calf socks. They keep the trouser fabric from falling correctly. Have not found a solution to this problem yet.
Arglist: that jacket still looks like it's struggling a little somehow around the middle, but it's not all out of shape like the other one. And the overall composition is very pleasant and cheerful. Two constructive suggestions, though: first, a PS, even just a plain white one. And second, as I was trying to say to Noodles the other day, when everything is smooth and solid it can feel a bit bland. A striped small-checked shirt, OR a patterned tie, would give it a bit more personality. But nothing wrong there at all really. Again, nice shoes and a really appealing match with the suit.
Thank you, mimo and others. I agree this jacket is a lot better than the other one. Both have been altered because of me losing weight some time ago. Obviously it shows.
Concerning the composition I agree with you: It's a bit boring and lacks the tension a different texture or small scale pattern would add. I am a PS novice and will slowly start to use them from time to time. So far I have a nice white linen one I could have used here.
I want to thank you guys for the constructive input you give. I won't be able to change my whole wardrobe immediately but I will use it for new acquisitions.
