Don't get Derk started, or I'll have to start lecturing you all about the practical aspects of prostate massage, which will get me thrown off this site (or at least relegated to the purgatory of Dumb Threads).

Wait, aren't you the guy that had the fitpic a few months back with the pants that were SUPER TIGHT in the crotch area? I think someone commented that your wife must love you for that. I legit DIED of laughter.

I've added a room to the front of the house. Sort of like the utility room that you see on the side of ranch styles where men come in and strip off all of their dirty work clothes before entering the clean house, except that the roles are reversed. Upon entering I change from being dressed like a human to dressed like dad then enter into the fray.

I would say that there's nothing wrong with DT, but I think we all (should) know that's a lie.

The managing agent in my condo would frown on an addition being built.  I do my changing in what is known as the "dining foyer"

When buying a condo I thought I was free of the bullshit that a co-op board imposes, but I quickly realized the condo board is just as fascist as the co-op board.

I try. Can't let you get away with things. Next we know you'll be posting fit pics dressed in pink cow print sport coats with camo cargo pants and an orange cashmere tie. Can't have that, can we?

that's why mine is a secret room that's only there sometimes. I built it by decompactifying spatial dimensions around the front door so that only people with a special remote can open in to it. It cost a bit extra, but it's worth it.

The only thing a condo board really can't do is restrict the sale or purchase, or restrict you from renting it out to someone, but even then if they want to there are ways.

Technically they can't, but they can make it prohibitive to the point of being impossible.
