I wonder if the second jacket (perhaps both) would shine a bit more with lighter gray trousers (though not necessarily light gray). Tonally (if that's the right word) they seem too close to the jacket's (all a bit darker). Sort of the issues that came up in discussing Pingson's pocketsquare, tie combination.

GMMcL, I like both jackets. The second is better with today's choice of pants, but with a lighter gray, the first would be just as good. Both, however, deserve more carefully considered accessories, IMO.
