Mrs Daniels: it was done already, By monkeyface to Gmmcl. it failed. and the "what not to wear thread" is known here as the "Good taste thread"

get a life, you wouldn't be the first to troll me. i post a fit- you troll. there is always one. seriously lady, go home, put on a fit, think about it carefully, check it again, then pose infront of a tripod, edit the pic. while choosing the pic with your most smug "victory" face.

oh, you win.

Come on dude, give it a break.

Prewashed. They are the only washed denim I offer for Eidos (we make raw and white as well).

You realize people critique fits on here all day right? That's part of the point of this thread...

(Atleast that's what it's evolved to be.)

If he's referring to my bond portfolio, that is none of his business. If he is referring to the size of my member, he can come to NYC and do an up close and personal examination thereof to satisfy his curiosity, if he is of a mind so to do. Wouldn't be the first time . . . .

I think most people posting here treat this as a feedback thread. Over in SWD, they have two WAYWRN threads: one for people to post pics, where I guess the only feedback is "likes," and one for people to get advice and critiques. We don't really have the picture-only one here. I can understand not wanting feedback, especially since the feedback is going to come from a much more traditional perspective than what you're looking for, but to be frank, it pisses people off for you to come in here and try to shape the thread to your vision, especially since I think a lot of the people in here are interested in becoming better dressed in a traditional manner. You're neither trying to learn, nor providing useful examples of that style.

I'm glad you liked NickPollica's pick. I don't like to hold people up as examples, but do you see how everything he's wearing makes sense in terms of color contrast and formality? I mean, the very washed jeans are more casual than the dark denim most people favor with a sportcoat, but they work better than dark jeans would in terms of contrast. The shirt is also very casual, as is the sweater. The jacket is the dressiest part, but as tailored jackets go, it's very casual.

EDIT: Didn't you come on here with some kind of thing about how dark shirts were the choice of the working man, and you were deliberately going for a sort of "working-class dandy" look? I could respect that. I didn't like it, but the values behind it made sense to me. Unfortunately, I tend to think those values are totally inconsistent with calling people "pleb." I mean, dude, you're not being nice to people, but you seem to want people to be nice to you.

Great looking fit today as well. I wonder though if there could be a little more contrast between the tie and the suit. Might just be my phone screen though.

Looking good, Nick P.

I have so much to say on the other topic at hand, but I am on my phone now. I guess it may have to wait till later.

Very nice indeed, just unbutton that bottom button of the vest and you'll be set.

I want to give this shirt a final try before I officially designate as business casual. I couldn't button up because I gained 10 lbs while I was in Korea. I got 5 lbs more to go before I return to my normal weight :brick:. The striped shirts are on the way, I still have not unpacked.
