This is nothing less than magnificent. The color and texture is pleasing.

Very kind of you to say, and I must return the praise - you wear that suit well!

When something looks this good, "meh" is great!

Thank you! It is as close to Don Cherry as I dare go! biggrin.gif

The photo of you in the tux is really sharp.

Thank you for the kind comments, though I am uncertain as to my resemblance to Mr. Dressup beyond the most superficial aspects (geezer with glasses).

I'm glad that I have all the clothes that you want - even gladder that we are different sizes, so that you won't come to NYC for nefarious purposes (i.e. to mug me and empty my closet biggrin.gif).

As it is, I was in your fair city (Vancouver) only about three months ago, and found it quite charming. Did all that one should do while in Vancouver - kayaked in the Indian Arm, crossed the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and circumambulated Stanley Park.

I saw a neat vignette on CBC once about how he gets his jackets made.  He goes to Fabricland, and picks out some sort of curtain fabric, or whatever other garbage, and then takes it to a high end tailor who turns it into an abomination.

@upr_crust glad you enjoyed!  You must not have looked at anyone's clothing, lol.  I'm still a Toronto boy at heart, though, which explains why I own more than two ties.

stitchy, the tie is...
You really don't want to know (Click to show)
...Lands End. Not baller at all, and kind of hard to get a decent knot. Thus, the weakness of today's knot. shog[1].gif

Mine is a wool LE today too, although I find the knot on this one is okay.
