HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 4398

I think your jacket looks like it could be let out a touch in the chest/waist as the lapel is bowing slightly.  But only a bit.  I think you could also take the jacket up a hair - having a longer jacket makes your legs look short.

Flannel always looks so lovely though.  That's a really clean and simple fit with perfect colours.  I can't say I'd choose a shirt with that pattern, but with the softness and plainness of suit and tie it works very well.

DC, I almost always prefer your suit looks, and this is no exception. I think mimo may be correct about the chest/waist, but on the basis of these pictures, I'm not sure I agree with him about the length.

Matinee performance of The Nutcracker

Shoes too light in tone?

Is that a suit with faded trousers or a jacket* and trousers that almost match?  Either way, don't worry so much about the shoes...

*Small in the waist

I own a black watch cap, but that isn't the same thing.

I really like that, even more than your actual entry. Jacket is great. And blue cords too. Nice.

Back in Shanghai. Musical Sunday for me. Two rehearsals in the afternoon for an upcoming chamber concert next Friday, then this evening I will try to catch the tail end of a benefit concert/fundraising dinner at M on the Bund. Hoping to meet Wang Jian, China's most famous cellist, who will be there.
