That brown looks better than the red and the other red/burgundy.

Spoo....how tall are those cuffs...they look immaculate!!!!

Taking my suit to get cuffs and those looks exactly like what I'd want.

P.S. every time you post, my mind is literally blown :bounce2:

What about a pink/salmon one?

Sounds nice. Im not usually a huge fran of nice SCs with khakis, bit thats a me problem.

.

I'm actually all I'm agreement with you, I much prefer more formal trousers with SCs. However I just felt for something casual today and blazer and khakis are acceptable so-casual wear. Whether it looks good is another matter..... wink.gif

Yep, wool tie in brown and black basketweave. Very three-dimensional.

Roy Al, my cousin, the lighting in this spot is...not so good. Your other pics look very nice but this spot is just not good. Like the look though. I wish I had a light gray suit so I can wear my navy blue ties.

UC - that is excellent. i have a very similar fit in mind when my glen plaid suit return from the tailor next week.

glad to see that combo indeed looks great. what shoes are you rocking?

looks good, but could use a brown that has a little more tonal contrast with the suit i think, maybe something slightly more saturated?

I really like this, actually. Reminds me of an example that has been used in a challenge or in this thread on how to combine muliple shades of blue. It was of an asian guy, perhaps a sartorialist photo. I'm sure someone here knows who I'm talking about. Cant find it right now because I dont know the gentleman's name to search.

Side question: I have a round collar suit that I had made. It's gorgeous and supremely comfortable. Issue is, I don't know what kind of shirt to wear with it. Is wearing a collar shirt and having a collar come over the jacket okay?

scbrown, looks very nice, but the coat looks much better open. looks too snug buttoned up over a suit and scarf to me.

Rudals, my 2.cousin. :-)
If you only knew how difficult the light is in my country at this time of year. I have to take pictures after returning from work with cloths all in a mess after the hours in office, since in the morning it's dark as the night. I will try to find a better spot coz I totaly agree with you - but it will not start to get lighter before an other month or so.

But besides that, thanks for the nice words.
