I'd put the buttons higher on a paddock, maybe not as high as a true 3-button but not as low as your pic either. This pic of the Duke of Windsor is what I think a paddock should look like:

I think something like this could look good on you; I doubt I can rock it though, cause I'm much wider.

Actually, the Prince's natural waist is between the Paddock's both buttons, thus allowing both to be buttoned. So, when buttoning the lower button, you will always have a low buttoning point, as the bottom button is positioned bellow the natural waist. Take a look at this example by Slewfoot

Thanks, but you can wear it well too, as your latest coat already has a buttoning point very similar to what you would have on a Paddock.

Yeah, but I think I would be inclined to button both buttons most of the time. Dunno, I don't really like the idea of buttoning only the bottom one on a 2-button jacket, even if it's designed to do that.

Anyways, the thought of a paddock jacket has crossed my mind before. Might end up with one, who knows.

AAS, I know it's sacrilege, but I think you'd look much better today if you ditched the black watch...

There is nothing remotely exquisite about that example...

Perhaps tightened the tie a bit too much for the picture ^_^

My first selfie:

With selfies, there's probably nothing more important to capture than color (unless you are looking for fit advice), so you'll want to avoid overly yellow lighting (the type you tend to find in bathrooms). Pretty much the only thing I can tell is that the shoulders fit you very well and that suit has nice lapels.

Also, new challenge. I added swears.
