First post in this thread! I apologize for no tie/suit, but as a young IT consultant it's somewhat frowned upon to overdress the client or your peers (who in this case where hawaiian shirts and jeans to work every day

).

Shirt/Socks: BB
Pants: HY
Shoes: AE Player's

(And to prove I can actually look nice...)

I have about 20 pairs of jeans sewn to order.

And I can afford to have a pair of jeans with a red thread, in order to vary the remaining 19 pairs.

If you have only 1-2 pairs of jeans - if agreed - must have jeans with only the usual yellow thread.

And if the pair 20, a pair can be any!

Is not it?

And what you want! Dear and my picky gdl203.

I'm going to be honest : I think you look really great most of the time. 95th percentile on this forum. Great fitting stuff, really nice looking fabrics - I'm a fan.

I still don't get why you wear french cuffs with everything - you seem to understand matching details to level of formality with your jackets (e.g. patches vs. flap pockets), with your choice of shoes, etc... but for some reason you don't seem to get that french cuffs are not for all occasions. That's fine, I guess.

This casual outfit is IMO pretty bad - between the red matchy matchy and the simply tacky red stitch. But then again, I think it's a known fact that MCers suck at dressing down.

Sometimes I think Victor looks awesome, and then I see some funky contrast single button-hole on his cuff. I think it makes otherwise great looks look tacky. It is very small, of course, but I am not a fan of that personally.

My goodness - is that a black belt with Walnut AE's? Isn't this one of the most basic and fundamental tenets of style? That your belt and shoes shouldn't conflict horribly?

I'm going to have to assume that you're posing with your sister because no self-respecting lady would cavort with a man wearing a black belt and light brown shoes.

i know, but i can help myself. im a sucker for gimmicks like that. you should see my green stitched rock and republic jeans. i cant get myself to wear them anymore, but i can get myself to sell them either.
:embar:

Selling them would probably do you no good. R&R supposedly went bankrupt and are now being sold at Kohl's
