I probably should have worn a darker tie.

Great outfit. Two minor quibbles:

1. I'd lose the belt loops if I'm going to wear suspenders--a bit cleaner look.

2. I don't want to ignite a firestorm of debate, but I'd button the fourth cuff button--unbuttoned tries too hard, too many off-the-peg clothes come with working button holes that it's no longer an automatic of bespoke, etc., etc.

Otherwise, simply great!

Phew. I was gunshy after everybody else liked those shoes last page, but yeah, need something darker and less matchy matchy.

AAS - that jacket is great.

Semi-casual Friday. Jacket is actually dark brown corduroy:

I almost wore this hat today too.  It wasn't cold enough.

Personally, I think this is outstanding, including the tie choice.

I don't think it's bad at all either. Thank God it wasn't cold enough for that hat.

Yeah, that hat would have been a disaster. A simple dark grey fedora would have worked, IMHO.

Went with the consensus. Couldn't do much about trouser contrast though - limited wardrobe here in Shanghai. (Pics taken at Jiangsu Road metro station)

Alright Cox, what's with all the subway pictures? Have you gotten friendly with some of the metro staff?
That's the first-ever metro pic. The green tile hell is my balcony.

Did you get any pics of the subway glory holes after you were picked up?

Neither are true. I wish one of them was.
