I would say the green...it balances with the (amazing) vest. With the blue, the vest overpowers the jacket.

Great outfit. Two minor quibbles: 

 

1. I'd lose the belt loops if I'm going to wear suspenders--a bit cleaner look.

 

2. I don't want to ignite a firestorm of debate, but I'd button the fourth cuff button--unbuttoned tries too hard, too many off-the-peg clothes come with working button holes that it's no longer an automatic of bespoke, etc., etc.

 

Otherwise, simply great!
