CottonDockers: Please take this in the constructive tone in which it is intended, but that jacket is a good 4-5 inches too short. Unfortunately beyond saving.

Agree re: shirt FWIW.

Like the cords and the shoes though.

What measurement do you have in your leg opening? This are 8.75" :)

no effing joke.

worth noting though, that general leg shape and how your legs and knees are positioned at the time of the pic makes a great deal of difference regarding how trousers will look in a pic. some are more genetically fortunate than others in this regard.

also, when outside, a small gust of wind (inside or outside the trousers AYO!) can billow/misshape the pants if the wind blows at the time the pic is snapped.

HC - love it.

I came to the conclusion that 8.5" is the best leg opening for me. I use to do 8" but realized the pants were going over my shoe

Fit and pattern mostly, a little too busy. I don't really like any shirt I wear with a sport coat to have more than two colors, including white.

4-5 inches? Yipes. I'm beginning to think this may be a bigger problem with more of my jackets than I thought.  Appreciate the note, aravenel.

Thanks, CM, but the trousers are forest green. I tried to correct for a warmish cast in the pictures, and I guess I took that down too far.

To be fair, I don't know how tall you are, so it may be more like 3 inches. Regardless it is unfortunately beyond alterations.

I forgot the tie photo today. But was a dark brown waffle-y thing on a light blue shirt. Boots need a good brushing.
