HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 4085

Thanks as always for the thumbs.

A possible candidate for this week's challenge. It's becoming highly evident that, as the outdoor lighting changes with the seasons, I'm going to have to find a new place for shots....

I've made several iphone shots. Because all of them were turbid, chose the better one. Here is with the end. I think the combination is awful but thank you for noticing.)

^^the tie lacks any shape. no dimple and a small knot. work on that first. Welcome!

Been a while lads. Looks like I just missed the shit storm...thankfully. The collar stay situation has been remedied.

Timo another great looking suit but pleeeeeeeeeeze for the love of god knock it off with the tie thing. Holdfast summed up nicely earlier on why it doesn't work with a tie clip, its just not believable that someone who dresses so well is so shit at tieing a tie, so the result is it makes you look like a phoney. Most of us who grew up with a dad and/or had to wear a tie for school and/or had to go to church learned to tie a tie properly as a young boy. It's just not believable that you could reach your age and not have mastered such a simple act. Everything else looks good as usual.

Some may say "a blind man is leading another blind" since I can't even get my knots right but...here's my two cents.

The smaller blade can be seen. It should be tucked away behind the big blade. The knot needs to be tightened and let's try to get a nice shaped knot and a dimple on that.

Example: Not the best but just an example. There are plenty of others who do a better job here.

Didn't get around to posting a pic in workwear....so here's some evening wear: a friend of mine got married this evening, so my standard "special occasion" local dress was in play.  SF rules rather irrelevant in this case. :)

What?  I like my Blackberry...
