AppleMark

I've been looking into getting these loafers, they would be perfect for this suit:

That combo works nicely .

I like the look overall but I would prefer maybe a different color tie..darker to provide contrast.. nit picking anyways.. but other than that, good look..I like the jacket though.. who is the maker?

Looking fresh, SB. Would that be a barleycorn tweed jacket?

Thanks, will.i.n. I am not the tweed pattern expert, so I am unsure.

Full body and details. (Click to show)

The sock explanation seems reasonable. Are you also a bit bow-legged? If so, the pants may need to be cut to account for that. Also, the tie is too spring-like for this time of year. (IMO)

However, don't you think that there's little contrast between the coat and trousers? Perhaps due to photograph, but I feel that light gray would be a better match. The pocket square seems to be a bit lost there too, more contrast would be helpful, IMO.

This is what I was thinking. I'm a little bow-legged and I have the same problem with most of my pants.

The jacket is Polo University Club.

I went back and forth between the pink tie and a royal blue knit tie.  I agree the pink is a bit light for fall.  I'll go royal blue next time.  I'm not bow-legged.  I guess it's the socks.

They are recoiling in horror from the horsebit loafers.

(Sorry, couldn't resist it.  Lovely jacket by the way - you're really rocking lately)

Had to be present in an important meeting (for IT support), so dressed up the DB blazer a little.
