HF, love the trousers. Is that one of your Luxire OCBD's? I know it's blasphemous to say it around here, but I feel your collars almost have too much roll!

Way too small? Is there feature in particular you have in mind? Mind you, the SC is a Sartorio and therefore the buttoning point is higher than what I am used to. Also, the length is maybe 1'' shorter than what I normally wear. Damn neapolitans! :censored:

buttoning point is fine and personally i prefer a tad shorter jacket.....the pattern of the jacket really shows pulling...if you look at the pic, where it buttons, you can see the stretch and pull in the fabric...

If it were solid, you wouldnt see the pulling as much. but with the scale of the pattern, it really shows. I think you could benefit from a size up even.

or, maybe youre stuffing too much scarf in there and its causing the jacket to pull. Impossible to tell without a pic sans scarf

I was going to try the patented sugarbutch under the tie seatbelt pose....but i like to live dangerously and drive a heavy machine at high rates of speed with no belt restraints.

@Derek: ah, I see what you mean. I'll blame it on the scarf this time. wink.gif

Roy Al

That is an epic 3 piece, but the tie is a poor choice (too blue and way too city for that suit). I'm also not a fan of the shoes and socks being so close to color as the suit.

Regardless, magnificent 3 piece.

Trousers are Ede MTM cords; they are fun, aren't they?

The shirt is Luxire, a white "panana weave" which I think is a somewhat fancy oxford weave, yes. And I'll take the "almost"! For me, they're about right; not the full-on very Italian roll you sometimes see, but a more than the typical British one. I like it; it creates some attention around the centre of the body that replaces that which is lost by the lack of a tie.

Really nice suit. Perhaps a slightly lighter coloured tie?

They're definitely fun! I'd love to find some burgundy or perhaps yellow cords for a reasonable price. Yeah, that's why I said almost! The collar looks great, but it's on the border of being too much. Have you tried a slightly higher collar? If it stands more upright the roll would look a little less beefy.
