Very nice.

Thanks! I love a good sunny day; they're inspiring, especially when it's just shy of being truly hot, so you can enjoy the light & brightness without compromising on what you can wear.

Is it bizarre that I really like how much the shape of the watch complements the shape of the shoes?

So interesting that on last night's new episode they did a flashback ten years in the past where Harvey was less-experienced and successful and was still using four-in-hands. They have a really smart wardrobe designer on that show.

PS He has Donna as his secretary and you don't.

I usually don't like the knot he makes, if he throwed in a nice dimple that would be a different story. About Donna... I would like to have her as my secretary, but I will stick with Rachel. inlove.gif

Love Meghan Markle! (Click to show)

This is Firm BBQ Conservative Business Dress so no p-square.

My watch was playing a game with the left sleeve.
A new hopsack is on the way for a little variation.

I like the colors used in this fit. Those are some w-i-d-e lapels! Is this mtm or vintage? I must say this look seems difficult to pull off because with a 4 or 4.5 inch tie to match up with the lapels, you come dangerously close to costume territory. What you've done doesn't look bad at all though.

Besides some additional waist suppression on the jacket, you might also want to shorten the length of your trousers.

@HoldFast: I liked that a lot! Deets on the jacket, please! biggrin.gif

@claghorn, i absolutely disagree the suits louis litt (??) wears in that show are ridiculously tight and don't fit. at all. They have huge collar gaps and his lapels are bowing.

I have noticed this as well. Is it to show that he is an underling of Harvey maybe?

The gingham is a bold choice, making for a busy scene, but I like it.

Thanks fellas; it's Ede & Ravenscroft from a Harrisons linen (from the heavier/more textured selection of linens in the Mersolair book). The jacket is now several years old but I've just ordered a pair of trousers in the same fabric so I can wear it as a suit occasionally. Ordering jacket and trouser years apart isn't something I'd usually do (and moreover, the jacket is bespoke while the trousers will be MTM) but I really want a cream linen suit, and it seemed pointless to have both a cream linen jacket AND a cream linen suit. Besides, because it's cream, it hasn't faded further in sunlight (I checked it against the swatch in the book) so fingers crossed, I should hopefully get away with this somewhat reckless act! wink.gif

I was under the impression they wore someone else. Didn't know they wore Tom Ford.
