Beatle, pB is, of course, completely right. But that said, I know it's hard to find a suit at your stature and that looks great.

Best fit in a while, yjung! I like it.

Thanks...yup, I'm going to keep chasing perfection as much as I can. But for now I'm really happy with the suit overall, and I'll only be making minor changes here and there on future suits.

I think you should go for a slightly bigger leg opening, ask for unfinished, and cuff them to 2.5" or 2.25".

Yeah after I looked at the closeup of the DB, I changed what I thought. If it was a finer DB, maybe wool, a cream silk would look good I think.

Again, apologies.

The cuffs on my suit now are 2", but I guess my legs are so long that they look a little smaller. Would 2.25" or 2.5" be too big?

Can someone freaking give me some feedback? I am ready for a beating!

I think your fit is fine, but I don't like the scale of your tie pattern. Smaller would be better. Also, I only recommend a TV fold with white linen. In general I think white silk squares are useless.

That's why I suggested it. They look like 1.5" now. I think you could do with 2.25" safely and maybe even 2.5". But I would definitely do 2.25" first. And a slightly wider opening, or wider all the way up the leg. Something like +.5cm from the knee down. If you kept the same opening and made the cuff bigger, that may look weird. It's like there's some mathematical balance between height, girth and shoe size that yields a correct opening/pant width. You wearing the same measurements of a regular 33 waist would be way wrong, I think.

But it's REALLY hard to get that right when you're so tall. Kent is pretty good, I bet he'd make a similar suggestion on adjusting the opening.

You need to chill out a little, man. Be patient.

Thanks, Patrick. Yes, the problem with silk PS is that they keep sliding down the freaking pocket. I don't think fit was ever a problem LOL. Ever since I killed my navy ties, I am completely lost and am experimenting.
