Betelgeuse - nice. pic quality is much better than your previous fit pics. very solid improvement.

Really.  I'm wearing four items with the same pattern: shirt, socks, tie, and watch strap.

AAS, nothing wrong with that fit, it's great.

And +1 on trousers. Get more of those.

Thanks about the outfit, but really.  I guess I should keep my mouth shut, but I was thinking you guys would rip me apart for the quadruple match.  peepwall[1].gif

@AAS You nixed my combination of check, plaid, and glen plaid...but are allowing broad horizontal stripes and thin vertical ones? Bah! Bah I say! Though I agree on allowing Betel's because he's a stand up guy WHO IS NOT GOING TO BUY A PAIR OF NEW SHOES THAT HE DOESN"T NEED JUST TO SAVE 35 EUROS!

On a different note, I felt like a very poor man's TTO today. Wearing PoW with a striped shirt, most of the time sans jacket with the sleeves rolled up.

this. aside from close up pics you posted, anyone on the street would most likely not even notice the socks and watch strap match. and the stripe in the shirt is certainly more subtle than many of your others. it was actually a rather quaint fit imo.

clags, i like the pic sans jacket much better. very cool look there.

kinda agree on the stripe ruling regarding the ruling on your checks, but B is a stand up guy as you said and i think AAS made the right call. smile.gif

Looks great! Do you think the jacket could use a touch of waist suppression, or do you like that fit?

Yeah, I was being kind of picky, but I don't care that much anymore.  I'll let yours in and let the people decide.

As I posted in your Friday thread. Shattered the rules. SHATTERED. Came out not-so-bloody.

Yeah, why not indeed, and why not tie your tie properly while you're at it? This sideways style stinks of desperation to me.

(Not you AAS, Betel!)

its funny....i think most of the fits i think will get an awful reaction here are usually the best received. And the ones i feel are the best are the most ill received. (camo and cargos excluded haha)

i guess this just proves ive learned nothing yet. lol8[1].gif

As do I. It was my first bespoke suit, made before I knew what I was doing. I had them make it longer than they wanted (they wanted it two inches shorter) but I neglected to have them lower the buttoning point to account for the increased length. As is, it just barely covers my ass. Lesson learned.

It's actually very suppressed as is, but because of the way my hand is in my pocket, the jacket is pivoting slightly around the button.
