I think that's the problem when one has a small waist. laugh.gif

I´am working in a 5* hotel, so a conservative look is ok.

FTFY

I was not saying that it's ill-fitting though, just that it's got some serious waist suppression (doesn't it? smile.gif)

Mine has about the same amount. It looks good standing still but as soon as I think about moving it's got a little creasing. I'm fine with it. It still fits comfortably. The next one will have maybe .5cm less supression, which will help.

6.29.13  Boat Boarding.  This is not a suit, but the pants and jacket are both from Uniqlo.  It was windy and hot on the deck.  I almost lost my hat.

I like the brown jacket. What material is it made of and can you wear it in the hot weather? That's the color and texture I want to get next. Is it just the pose that makes it look kinda tight?

Sorry to beat the dead horse again AAS, and ignoring your jester's shirt, the shoes are letting you down yet again. I realize you are on a boat, and they look like boat shoes, but they are several steps below the formality and sharpness of the rest of your outfit. By the way, you say it's not a suit but it looks matched, are you sure you didn't just pick up uniqlo suit separates?

I'm 100% sure they are not suit separates.  The jacket is a little darker.  The stitching on the jacket is coarser and larger while the pant stitching is smaller and more refined.

Yes, I am on a boat so I thought if ever boat shoes would be appropriate how about now.

Also, I often get complaints about my shoes, but no one ever offers suggestions about what I should wear instead (not that I would listen).  I started posting on SF to get suggestions as how I can improve how I dress.  I've been told I do many things wrong, but have gotten few suggestions about how to improve.  Do make suggestions otherwise the commentary isn't very useful.

Also, this comment isn't directed specifically at you, but SF in general.  You know who you are.

AAS, have you ever considered buying longer jackets? Yours always look too short for my eye.

In the case of these shoes, I suspect the objection is that they just look tired and run down. I hate boat shoes, but leaving that aside, they don't seem out of context here.

Also, a bit of free advice: If you have beef, just name names and get it out there. The "you know who you are" stuff is just silly.
