 Crockett-like...

I do appreciate the input as there are some really knowledgeable people around, but I don't dress for SF - see shoes, blue (or pretty much any fit I have posted). As for my wife sleeping around, don't have a wife, but I am not the jealous type. If the girlfriend wants to, she can  go around the block.

Most of the stuff I wear when I try to dress nicely would be torn apart if I posted pics here but I hope everyone knows that I'm trying to learn by looking at the threads. Getting there slowly though.

^^ and a number?

Come on, mimo one doesn't need a phone number to have a good time with her picture.

This is where it is coming from. As for her number, PM me...I am not worried, though. You don't seem like good enough competition...devil.gif

Let me begin by saying I like this suit.  The fit is right on, the pattern is bold, and I love double breasted suits.  I'm in favor of wider lapels, but that's a personal issue.  I can't help, but take issue with the shirt.  I'm sorry.  I mean two shirts.  I can't argue with the color of the shirts.  Spot on there.  I've heard of people frowning upon wearing a button down collar and a double breasted suit.  No tie and a suit has certainly been belittled.  What of this?  I don't think a suit and a t-shirt is impossible to pull off.  I think the boys on Miami Vice did it quite well.  This look works best with a linen or cotton suit with no socks and some casual shoes.  The suit is too formal and the shoes are too formal to not wear a shirt with a collar.

Love the suit Holdfast (crazy bold, but I dig it), but can't begin to comprehend the shirt selection.  It's like you put a snappy suit on over your pajamas.

I actually did this once. I had to go pick up my drunk girlfriend in the middle of the night after a party when she managed to call me. She ended up vomiting all over me in the inside of a cab. I made a post about it on here when it happened in the things that are pissing you off thread. Coincidentally, I am wearing that very suit as I type this. Be careful wearing a snappy suit over pajamas.

Ha! I have just been looking at the WAYWRN II thread and you were posting just about the exact same things in that one about someone's daughter. lol8[1].gif

I find a lot of comfort in habitual behavior.

I've worn a suit (well, odd jacket) over pyjamas too. No, not today (that's a cotton jumper, plus a T). No, this was a late night call, back in the days when I was a very junior doc & had to live on site in case there was an emergency overnight. You didn't wear scrubs in the speciality I was in at the time, so I was in a shirt/tie & odd jacket & trousers during the day. Anyway, when I finally got to bed at some godawful hour of the night, literally 20 minutes after dozing off, I got bleeped & had to go back for some ridiculously petty reason. I was annoyed & sleepy-headed enough to figure that the least effort would be to put the jacket & trousers over the top of my jim-jams, so it would be less time/effort involved in getting back into bed afterwards.

Unlike you, I didn't get any bodily fluids on me. Despite having to cannulate someone. It's called talent, mate. tongue.gifbiggrin.gif

I wonder how many new clients among the SF community Holdfast has successfully generated through his post. Savvy campaign add, doc.
