Well, it couldn't be much slimmer because...I'm not much slimmer. As far as the length goes I think there's some component of optical illusion based on my proximity to the mirror and the angle of the camera. I can easily wrap my fingers underneath the bottom of the jacket. Any shorter and I think a few years from now I'd be looking at and thinking it looks very 2013.

went to the farmer's market like this. shirt is herringbone buttons are nautilus mop.

This is spectacular. Simple, but dressed to the nines. I hope you got a good deal as you picked up some fresh veggies and flowers. Once, at the Farmer's Market in Ann Arbor, I saw a chap dressed in white tie and tails with top hat. He was picking up tomatoes, fresh strawberries, etc.... It was quite a scene! biggrin.gif

Looks like you met Tibor :D

gotcha-- and no disrespect of the suit or style intended, really great stuff and I enjoy seeing it all together!

No worries. I just don't think I have the photography aspect figured out to make things look the way they should actually look. You might like the navy sport coat I just got a little more because the sleeves are a little narrower. The length is pretty much the same, but like I said, when viewed from a more natural perspective it looks appropriate.

I'm not surprised that others here didn't like the tie and pocket square combo.

Also, those pictures are the last taken of my right middle fingernail before I cut it off six hours later.

Jacket is not my favorite of any suit i own. Little tight through the shoulder and chest.

a little, maybe, but really like the idea-  casual suits in tis color are fantastic

Won't post pics often anyways, as my warm weather wardrobe is still mostly inexistant... got a seersucker single breasted jacket at the tailors for alterations, a double breasted seersucker jacket on the way, and that's about it... linen doesn't work for me tounge.gif

then u gotta try fresco or one of the other loose weaves if u haven't already. Guarantee you'll love it.   or 'cool wool' i.e. really light guage < * oz  I jus gotta suit in a siena cool wool and it's wearable anytime.  nice post in the Challenge BTW
