HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 3496

@AAS: I don't think that is bad at all, in fact I like it. The only thing I don't like is the BD shirt, but that's because I don't like them at all, so dismiss my comment on the shirt. biggrin.gif

Spoo has been posting much more conservative fits as of late. I very much like it.

Pointy chukkas or not, this is one of my favourite Spoos of recent times.

Dont get me wrong peeps. I love those shoes.

I still think the fit with green windowpane was maybe my fave.

Ahh, SB I can always count on your honesty. That was my attempt at making that tie look as good as it could but clearly I failed. I have been on the fence with that tie but now shall burn. Cheers.

I'm at a place called the Sunshine Coast but there's no sun. Typical.

Some seriously nice outfits today, from bold to business. Acute Style, really nice sprezz today, Kappelan ditto.

Being an unorthodox guy myself, I had my outfit all set for tomorrow, but I am asking you gents for your opinion. I traveled tieless (more convenient, as I wore a suit on the plane because I am teaching tmrw and coming back home). I like the tieless look and I am undecided between wearing the satin solid brown tie with the bold shirt or abandoning the tie altogether. Thoughts? It is difficult to get a nice pic of anything in a hotel with a phone camera, so I added a pic with the detail of the shirt. Did not spoil the shoes because I like this pair so much....

bernoulli, the shirt and suit stripes are too close in scale, and the tie looks almost metallic (with and without the flash). But, for the purposes outlined above, and considering you have no other options (assuming you can't go buy another tie), wear the tie.

If you happen to be walking from your car to your yacht across a hot car park, and slip your boat shoes onto your bare feet for two minutes, the exception is valid.  But, generally, if you're not on the beach or a boat, then you're just being a wanker. And if you're wearing a suit, then a double wanker with bells on. :)

It's a style choice that is perfectly acceptable. Deal with it : - )

what you meant to say was wearing boat shoes is wrong period? I can roll with that.
