@ Sugarbutch -I don't usually comment on individual pictures but wanted to say that this is probably my favourite ever of yours. Your style has come a really long way since you joined.

Technically I am up to four patterns today, although the SC is perhaps borderline biggrin.gif

x post from the 4 pattern challenge...

Expecting 90 humid degrees on Mannahhata today, so my lightest weight sc and cotton/wool blend Inco's. Thoughts on this tie? I like the texture.

Patterned pants, so next level eek.gif

Tomorrow is going to be so awesome...

Actually I think the patterned trousers is akin to cheating, especially with a blue sc. It's so easy imo.
no disrespect intended Derek, still looks awesome :-)

everyone said patterned trous would be much harder, but personally I agree...i thought it would be a bit easier. I thnk the solid jacket breaks up the patterns nicely.

I feel the same obviously. I've got some discreet glen plaid trousers that would qualify me, but they are just essentially grey.
Now, If they are a real loud go to hell plaid.......

Great outfit, but the tie is scary. I'm not keen on any arachnid to be honest, but big fat-ass scorpions... crazy.gif

So do I, but only because I never wear OCBDs with a tie. If one does, tie space is really needed IMO. Funnily enough I don't like tie space on normal spread collars, though.

Congratulations!

The black eye kind of co-ordinates with the outfit, too... wink.gif

Definitely counts, and alongside Moo's outfit, one of my two favourites looks here from the past day. The mossy green of the tie works really nicely with the mushroomy-coloured coat.

More messing with multiple mesmerising motifs...
