Haha, they're quite tapered to prevent the legs from billowing awkwardly when you when walk, so there's plenty of room where it's necessary mwink[1].gif Believe it or not, but they're actually some of the most comfortable jeans I own, due to the high rise.

OK, next try. Excuse the bad lighting. SC is Blue, trousers grey, of course.

Thanks for your feedback.

PS too high (I tucked it in a little further now)
Should have had the trousers hemmed.

Not wearing this today just trying to match it.
Mid gray trousers (less slim) and a grenadine maybe? Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

It's not the most versatile SC, that's for sure. Still the pattern in pretty muted, and I think it works great with light-grey flannel trousers. A black grenadine or knit tie perhaps!

Yes to everything except the jeans and the PS. Lovely SC though!

Thanks, what kind of PS would you suggest? Plain white?

Darker pocket square with more colour - this one just blends into the jacket.

White shirt with French cuffs and a tie are really out of place with jeans.

Thanks for the advice. Would navy trousers work? Or just grey ones?

I'm not a fan of navy trousers and don't much like them with grey jackets. If your PoW check had more elements of blue it might make more sense but otherwise I'd stick to medium grey/charcoal here.

Sorry to say, but the only trouser that would be good with this jacket is the one that should have accompanied it, as the jacket is made of a suiting.

Trousers look fine, Crat.

Nope, the linen SC was never part of a suit. The linen is actually pretty coarse, a lot rougher than a linen suit I have for example. Besides, odd glen plaid jackets are pretty common nowadays, right?

I did not expressed myself in best way, sorry, I'll try to be more precise this time.

In my opinion, this pattern is exclusive to suitings when it's in a small/medium scale, such as yours. Also, some would say that a patterned linen should not even exist, but I'm not with those.
