I not well versed on the differences between the different types of collars, which one do you think that would be adequate to this jacket/suit? The one that you're wearing looks too stiff, but it could be the picture.

B - why dont you like the lapels?

Diaz - while you are at it, plz change the hideous color of the iPhone case lol.

I think theres never a time a borrelli spread collar is inappropriate with a suit. or a sportcoat.

all my ocbds are rumpled and comfy. ill wear em with chinos or jawnz. not with a suit or sportcoat. I gotta be 100% honest, while i respect your opinion, I find it to be completely useless to me because its far too steeped in rigidness that sounds like its regurgitated from a foo post.

We interrupt our regularly scheduled program, FU Plaids and Their Affect on Internet Dandies, to bring you this important discussion derail containing the almost-as-controversial navy trouser fit:

I like navy pents. End of discussion. Back to FU plaids now. smile.gif

Though most should master the toned down/staple outfits first, I think.

I think they are very skinny to my taste. I like that the lapel covers a bit of the chest pocket.

Could you take another photograph with a better color representation of the jacket? It looks very Joker-ish, which, IMO, is not good.

White shirt with this-cool
Pale pink shirt- even better

But a light blue shirt with this?

You have been lurking in the foo taste thread for too long

Then I'm not expressing myself well enough. From the start I stated that it's my opinion, Foo express himself as if his opinions were rules, and in the last post I asked for your opinion on the matter. If that is being rigid, what is being flexible for you? smile.gif

Going back to the shirt collars. Well, it's true that old english man used rigid collars for all outfits, but there's a specific configuration (spread, point, etc...) for each venue? I'm truly interested on why you, and presumably others, find that those rigid collars are fine with casual suitings.
