Suit looks good, but not sold on the shirt and ps. Shirt looks too big - notice the gap between your neck and the collar. And I tend to agree with the sages on here that a white shirt white ps is a no-go..

that gap is there because I am at looking at an odd angle trying to see the phone.  Shirt fits pretty good maybe a bit on the tight side.  I find with the 3 pc, its hard to find another color of PS that does not look silly.  But I will keep working at it, maybe something without any shine to it in a brown or a blue.
