Thanks Clags yes I"ve had a name change! I don't have any plans to do pointed end knit ties at this stage, each to their own of course but I find them a bit of a compromise of sorts and as you see HY and KW are doing them already. With the size of my business, I much prefer to do a smaller range of flat end ones that I can turn over fairly regularly with new designs. Sorry!

Wedding attire.

Sid Mashburn // Finamore green // Sam Hober // Kent Wang

Questionably high gorges aside, I couldn't be happier with the suit. Surprised I don't see more of them around here.

Sorry for the somewhat bad photos.

Prep, that´s a pretty bold look, but I am sorry to say, that you don´t quite pull it off. First of all, those sleeves are way too long for you. Even rolled up, there´s no shirt cuff showing. And those pants don´t really work with that jacket Imo. You might also consider showing less of your square...

Thank you for the inputs. I realize that the sleeves are too long (just bought the blazer) and I was a bit doubtful about the trousers too.

Nothing special today (I wear a fuchsia colored lambswool sweater instead of a SC) so I´d thought I´d share my new SCs. I posted one last week (navy, 3-2 roll, patchpockets). These are the other two. Needs a press and the arm lenght has to be adjusted.

1. FU pattern. Dark petrol blue with dark burgundy. 3-2 roll.

2. Black watch kind of pattern. Not sure about the shiny silver buttons. 3-2 roll.

Both are Raffaele Caruso.

A day promising to be wet and grey in NYC, with a color scheme to match. I am making use of a solid brown tie, an accessory recommendation from some of the posters to these threads. Let us see if I got the message correctly . . .

Suit & shirt - BB
Tie - Andrew's Ties
Shoes - Italian-made J & M
Raincoat - Burberry
Scarf - Galeries Lafayette, Paris
Hat - Weatherproof

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Stitch, I'd like to see you try a pose with toes pointed directly ahead to see if it mitigates the "knock knees" of pB's earlier discussion.

Maybe you can try that trick of moving the inside button on the shirtsleeve to keep the sleeves from moving too far down on your hands. The jacket looks like it might fit OK but it's hard to tell. Maybe a different PS and fold would work better. (Better lighting too)

Those are not the shirt sleeves that are visible, rather the cuffs of the jacket are folded back (so you see the lining) - suggesting that the jacket sleeves are way too long.
