Deets on the shirt? Looks good, I like the size of the points and the roll.

@stitchy: Huh. I have several BB OBCDs, and I swear my points aren't that long. Is it vintage or more recent?

The tapering, while not perfect (it's too abrupt from hip to knee), is good for a rtw pedigree. What's going on with the rise is far more concerning, IMO, are you donning those trousers above where they're made to be donned?

Nice shoes, I'm looking for a similar pair.

Huh. Mine are maybe a year old, max. Must just be in my head.

Stitches' collar points aren't that long anyways, just longer than what is available on most RTW, and the roll is good smile.gif

This fit would benefit very much from light grey trousers, there's little to no contrast between the jacket and trousers above, the necktie suffer from the same cause. The shirt collar is too short and think that light blue would match much better. The photograph is not the best to judge the jacket fit, but it seems that it suffers from a short front balance, but it could be your stance (pushing your shoulder back).

The jacket is one of two from the same batch. The other is currently being lengthened by an inch and having its quarters opened. This will get the same treatment.

The collar points reach below the lapels; just the stance. As far as the trouser color, there is quite a bit of contrast. There's probably more of an issue between tie and pants than jacket and pants.

And the candor is definitely appreciated (especially as its constructively so) cheers.gif

@Stitches: the wedding band just arrived. I'll be looking forward to wearing (and purchasing) its twin in the next couple months.

Lots of good fits today - Stitch and Claghorn most notably!! Stitch you finally pulled off the "black tie and tweed" combo icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

This is a new SC I received last week. Trying it out to see what, if anything, that needs to be altered. So far I'm very happy with the sleeve lengths - pretty spot on, which is very unusual for me. And the cloth is really nice, soft as a baby's bottom biggrin.gif
