+1  Damn!  very nice Prestosmp, and the Kid

Thanks Pliny :nodding:

I like this from the neck down, but IMO it doesn't gel with your hair and the earrings at all. Neck up looks like it would be more at home in denim instead of trousers but neck down reminds me of Fred Astaire (not a bad thing)

I couldn't imagine a Fred Astaire comparison as a bad thing! :) So thanks... but the fact I included my hair really isn't really relevant (pun intended? it doesn't "gel"?). It's a personal preference just as wearing arm candy, a certain watch or unbuttoning a cuff. I'm not going to slick it back with pomade to make it more apropos and the contrast between the styles is why I like it for a Saturday night out. Different folks ya know...

That coat is outstanding.

The top half looks good, but I'm not sure about the trousers in relation to everything else... kind of hard to telll how they fit, since your legs are crossed.
Fred Astaire... I knew this look reminded me of someone!

They fit how they'd fit Fred so I'm cool with that.. thanks.

You can't be serious. The trousers make the look. The coat is also too large. Look at the shoulders.

Glad you pointed out the trousers pB... I knew someone would get it. And yeah the coat is a touch large but it's new and I'm considering what to do about that. I got such a deal on it and it's such a nice coat I was torn... but not sure if it's worth opening up that can of worms. I'm working with a new tailor in my area and I'm considering having him take a look at it. Cheers fellas!

The pants are sort of an olive-brown melange, more towards olive, which may or may not be showing up well in the photo.
This shirt shouldn't work with the SC, but I kinda like it...not sure why. May be the percs talking.

May I be considered for the 1657368th best dressed shrink in training ever? I wholeheartedly second your assessment of Dr. Holdfast ! Most of the psychiatrists and psychologists I work with are not very interested in even wear a dress shirt...
FWIW (theme of the day) I look like a brooks brothers ad today. Dunno if that is a good or bad thing. No pix of shoes today but burgundy mcallisters. Trousers are light light grey if there is any question.

The last couple more casual fits you've posted look awesome, you may be on my "people to rob" list soon. Keep up the good work!

NO, no they don't. And please don't encourage this type of behavior Derk.

Gotta agree with 'bo here. Cord suits and SC's just look weird to me. They're like the varsity jacket of the (unintentional) chastity club... Sorry.

Does anyone recall the screen name of the poster who was a sax(?) player in an ensemble and used to post in this thread occasionally a few months back? I need to refer to some of his pics and can't seem to locate them. I'm trying to save a friend who is a part time musician from wearing black shirts to his gigs.

Thanks in advance.
