You and me, stitcherooni, with the purple love.
I think what creates that effect is the crotch hanging lower than the jacket hem. It should be the other way round. There's too much pen0r comfort room there IMO, but a longer jacket should help too.
Oh, sorry. You are not wearing your pants that low, it's perhaps that the rise looks too long, but it might be due to what you say. Happens to me too, I feel your pain
Stitchy, Irate and Clagster, that's a whole lot of win going on today. I love all the jackets, especially Stitchy's because it's unusual and brave. Fantastic sleeves on yours, Clag, where's it from?
By the way, Stitch, I can out-belly you, but you have the edge on manly beardiness.
NOBD, I will admit grudgingly that you look fantastic today. If you would just kindly fuck off to streetwear. (P.S where are those nice chukkas from?)
I love the colour & brightness contrasts, especially that between the trousers and jacket. Despite those contrasts, all the colours still fit within a pleasant family, which makes the overall look delightful. The two-toned loafers add a whimsical touch that seems appropriate given the flair of the rest of the look. Very well done indeed. Definitely worth an inline requote rather than spoiler-coding.
Feeling slightly shabby after big O's stonking effort, but still...
Wanted try dark grey trousers with this jacket. On balance, I think my lighter grey ones work better. This combination seems a bit, well, "dowdy" I suppose is the right word. I wondered if the brightness of the jumper & square, and the boldness of the check in the jacket, would mitigate that enough for it to work, but the photo suggests "not really". OK, but unremarkable. Worth the experiment though.
