Not the type of thing I am accustomed to seeing from you, crust, but I like it!

Fair enough. I think they're pretty cool. They aren't quite the ideal for plaid pants (those would be thicker and rougher, and fit a little better), but I still like 'em.

Garza grossa dark green.
Glad you like this. Unfortunatly the light is so bad I can´t provide a full body shot. Will do another day.

Then hey, rock on brother. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Kind words. The PS was just stuffed in there this morning and has not been adjusted all day so it might be a bit crazy. I should probably have gone with another PS of another color for this jacket.

Thank you for the comment.

I say this out of love, because this has some real potential--it's a great fit outside of the square. Seriously, this is one of the better fits we've seen here lately, aside from that square.

Cheers. One of my favourite jackets.

Totally disagree on the pocket square colour here. Yes its a bit volumunous but the colour is great. Stands out from the jacket but autumnally matches the green fing02[1].gif

Kap,

Could just be my screen, but I'm not seeing much contrast between that jacket and those trousers at all. The difference in pattern and the similarity in color make it look like you threw together two different suits to try and make one. I'm not a fan of the tie and against that shirt it looks like a line on graph paper. I'm sorry that I don't have much positive to say, but the jacket seems to fit well!

Patterned trousers are exceptionally difficult to do well.

FWIW, I think he did pretty well there. The only way to pull off patterned pants is to go quiet on everything else, and he did. I would have preferred the pants to be lighter than the jacket, though.

This is fair--if you're going to do them, this isn't too bad. But I don't think trousers this loud should be worn outside of madras in the summer on the shore smile.gif It just feels... Upside down. The pattern draws the eye down towards the leg, instead of towards the face.

Agree to disagree--it's a brown PS on a brown jacket. Not a good combo. Which is a shame, because the rest of the fit (with the caveat that we can't see the trousers or shoes...) is great. Had this been a navy jacket, it *might* have worked.
