This is fuller in the chest and wider in the shoulders than what I prefer but oh well. It needs a pressing too.

RL Purple Label (Chester Barrie) flannel suit
CEGO shirt
Panta tie
C&J wholecuts (I forget the model)

Not pictured: RL Polo cashmere topcoat

I like it. I wondered how that Panta would look in the wild, and the answer is, quite nice!

For context: wearing this out to a casual dinner with friends and visiting a cocktail bar afterward (the kind where bartenders call themselves "mixologists" and wear tweed waistcoats and bowties).

A few self critiques: could use a different pocket square, maybe moleskin or cords would be better than cotton drill.

Welcome! I think Jesse introduced us at the StyFo X celebration.

My only criticism is the sweater's showing below the button.

Your younger and shorter brother wants his blazer back.

OK otherwise as daywear, but it looks like you are headed to the local modern art museum by yourself with the hope of hooking up with that nerdy librarian gal that you are so fond of  after she let it slip she might be there, so you can treat her to a teatime expresso before walking her home so she can feed her two cats "Antony" and "Cleopatra" , and not like you are headed out to casual dinner and pound some drinks later with the boys.

Try a v-neck sweater next time together with different jacket and trousers.

Post Script: If your friends call you "Chip", you should ignore my advice.

I didn't want to derail the shoe porn thread with the question, but since you've ventured over here into the shark tank... Are all of your shoes shell?

I like all the items, except the shirt, but not the ensemble :)

I woud not wear a striped suit jacket as a blazer. I would definitely wear the suit with the PS and without a tie.
