Are your poses crafted due to some sort of Napoleon complex?

I am going to Fields tailor's today to bring him a few things, and I was considering bringing this jacket to have it taken in in the waist. You think it looks alright, or could it use a little nip?

Thanks.

I wouldn't have the sides taken in.

Agree, stitch - sleeves on that jacket look pretty full-cut, and slimming down the waist would probably throw it out of proportion. You'd start to look like Victor - not that he's not extremely well dressed, but the one thing that always bugs me about his jackets is how billowy his sleeves look compared to his torso. Which he probably needs because of his huge arms, but still.

Not a big fan of the shirt.

Thanks, O, good point.

The tie is more aggressive than what I normally wear, but everything, including the overcoat, was in understated earth tones, so I wanted something to pop. I've not yet gotten around to having the sleeves of the jacket shortened.
