I hope you all realize that you're arguing with a man who only a few short weeks ago was asking what the inseam was. biggrin.gif

im not an expert in technicalities. i am here to learn. i am not afraid to learn. even if at times, i may look bad.

anyhow, i still think there is truth to my method.

also, i always wear my pants at the same point on my waist. always. i wear them where they are most comfortable. and i imagine, i am not the only one. that being said, any additional rise, is seen in the crotch, not up the waist.

where the fuck is ed?

So, what this means, Stitchy, is that you are wearing your pants wrong. If you like your waistband to sit at the same point, then all of your pants need to have the same rise.

what he really needs to be doing is to quit blowing all that hot air out of his ass. then it'll stay at a consistent size.

I gotta say, sugarbutch took a chance wearing that green shirt IMO. That's admirable. I have one almost the same shade as his and let me tell you this, my attempt didn't look nearly as good as his.

correct. and ideally, yes, that is something i have become aware of and have been buying only pants within a certain range of rise.

I did.  Your assessment of a pants rise is still incorrect, but I DO think you are a rad dude. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

clap, try epaulet for higher rise pants.

i bought one pair of pants from them and am the same way. i will never buy low rise pants again.

In my pre-pre-SF days (years ago), I thought very low rises on slacks and chinos were awesome. facepalm.gif

I am an advocate for the no sock look but I hope you wore some with this fit... and in the current weather.

Many of your looks have about 2/3 that I really like and another 1/3 that has me asking "why?" The sweater vest just doesn't work for me paired with this jacket and shirt.
