It takes five minutes to shoot and ride, and then to enjoy it. It might take longer to be good at either.
The food was, well, mediocre...but in the old way.
I think this will be the last year that things are perfectly old school there.

B,

Is this the place with the rocking chairs on the grass in the spring and summer, vintage Vox photo?

i am sad ... because pretty much all of my BB luxury shirts have the same collar as this one ...
(and i bought several BB shirts this past year and even had them tailored)
definitely will be overhauling my shirts AGAIN ... to get more longer collar points that will tuck under the lapels

Dreadful weather today. Rain and wind.
I wore my Le Chameau wellies while riding my bike to work. Changed to tassels once in the office.

Shirt. The Shirt Factory. Light blue
Tie. Portia. Brown/black with flowers.
PS. Stockholms Kravatt. Yellow/gold.
Jacket. Canali, cashmere/wool. Dark grey herringbone with red squares.

Paired with brown cords from Nicolai d'etoiles.

I am sad to say it, but your outfit looks really bad.

The Jacket is all lumpy in many places on the shoulders, the sleeves are crumpled and look like they have been ridden over by a bulldozer, the lapels look all stretched, the button is pulling badly.

The Tie, well what happened to the knot, the rear blade is not at the rear.

The Trousers, waist too low, pulling all over the crotch area, badly tailored legs which bulge over the knees and calf muscle.

The Belt is too long for your waist, latched at the 5th hole.

The PS is too close in colour and pattern and pattern size to the Tie.

The Face looks as if it could do with a good shaving. The Hair looks like it could do with a good styling.

The overall impression, dark, scruffy, dirty, ill-fitting, badly made, bad colour co-ordination, bad pattern matching, and no self-respect.

In fact horrible.

Oh - it's twenty questions time? Guess F. Corbera's NYE location?

Since you mentioned it's bigger, and guessing from the carpet in the photo, I'm wondering if Dorothy Draper or Carlton Varney mean anything to you.

10/10 stars

Am I the only one who finds the shirt to be incongruent with the remainder of the fit? With a classic, almost retro fit such as this wouldn't a solid or subtly patterned shirt be a bit stronger?

(Not that I dislike the look - just not quite 10/10 for me.)
