jacket sleeves seem a touch long and perhaps shirt sleeves a touch short... wouldn't you prefer to show some cuff?

The shoulders look to be a little big, but fixing that would be an expensive alteration (and perhaps not even successful).
If you get the pants tapered, make sure you have them shortened by about a half-inch. There is a break as it is, so if the pants get too slim around the ankle the break will turn into a stack. You don't want the pants to bunch up around your ankle.
