Have fun without me, and keep up the good postings.

You and your fits will be missed! Have a good trip.

Today, I'm wearing this jacket as a 6x1 - not sure if it works or not.

Not sure why it always looks like navy flannel in the detail pics; it's actually a smooth worsted.

like the tie a lot.

Agreed. Though the sky ain't royal blue, which is why I think it clashes.... suggested a sky blue gingham shirt smile.gif

Cue the tie knot brigade:

I'm digging the heavier weight of fabric lately. Cold weather allows us to suit up without feeling overly warm, this I really like.

Look at it this way, Gordon Gekko did not wear black dress shirts with ties. Neither does Obama.
Sorry to pile on.

stich, are you about to punch someone?

Nice fit on the jacket, stitches. Are those pants a bit fuller than usual? I think they're more flattering than others you've posted previously. I strongly dislike the tapering pants look on bigger guys...

But with green pants and a cardigan, it's just ridiculous. The shirt doesn't fit with anything else. The shoes are too formal for the rest of the outfit. Basically, I'm really sorry not to be able to be more positive, but as an outfit, this is messy and incoherent.

I couldn't get past the unfortunately shaped knot.

thanks! i have not measured these pants, but yes they feel fuller a bit. i actually like the look of something a little slimmer than these, but they are hella more comfortable.
