  Weight, cloth and color up to you and depends on what u want no?  but navy's versatile.  Cordings makes a  decent vest in merino.  -Have u considered a sleeveless 'slipover' instead?  Easier to get the fit rite.  Vests are tricky

I have exhausted the limit of the thumbs up ... 

Why not write comments in a new post 

Kappelan - excellent! Good casual 

Holdfast - as always very interesting and not trivial! 

Journeyman - very interesting combination, I want a full-length photo 

southernstyle - not bad, but I would have removed the jacket, put on socks and would be replaced would put shoes with laces 

Thin White Duke - interesting combination, but can be a little work on the clothes fit? 

Pliny - very good! 

Tom Miler - something that can be seen in the photo - very cool! I would like a full-length photo 

LilacCords - very cool! 

Pingson - very good, but it can take a darker breast handkerchief? 



Request to all - do not hesitate to upload photos in full-length or even on a belt and no head. 

Just picture that is only visible on a small piece of the jacket, shirt and tie - very hard to see how it looks and what the combination as a whole. 

Quality of the fit or clothing (lines, proportions, silhouette and sizing the figure), so do not understand. 

Just photos with a small piece of his jacket, shirt and tie - may be part of how perfectly matched and fit kit, but can be completely sewn bad option and is not combined with the bottom band spot. 

A piece of a jacket shirt and tie - looks good in 90% of cases (if not very serious mistakes in the selection). 

And how it actually looks in general (a combination of all subjects, fit and quality of the clothing lines and proportions) - not visible at all. 

I understand it - take a photo in full growth is not easy, but it can at least take a photo without the top of your head? It's very easy. 

A micro-photo pieces of clothing - it is certainly nice, but does not reflect anything other than the fact that one can see a tie and jacket coloring fabrics and shirts.

Looks nice and classic. Although we can't see the tie/pocket square on you, the color and texture seems to go well with the rest. And the subdued lines of the jacket are great with the pants. The fit looks good too but we could judge better (if you're looking for that) with closed jacket button, aligned tie and not phone in front smile.gif
I'd only avoid the french cuffs with a sport coat like that, the elbow patches make it more casual and french cuffs look too formal. It's been discussed before the formality or not of french cuffs in different countries. To me they look like too much for that jacket.

Victor, I've actually always wondered: who takes your pictures? Also, what camera/lens combination is it? They're generally fantastic.

 

I'd love to post full length pics, but my Seoul apartment is quite small, I lack a tripod, I don't have great natural lighting, and probably most importantly, I am too self-conscious to ask people to take pictures of me.

 

I am going out tomorrow though, so a full length picture will be forthcoming.

I haven't posted in a while, but I thought I could use some feedback on my first time ever wearing a DB jacket. I would have liked the buttoning point a bit lower, or even a 6x1; but there isn't much choice in relatively cheap RTW for DB's...

Acknowledged problems: The oversized french cuffs and short shirt sleeves are making the jacket sleeves wrinkle, and the awkwardness in my right shoulder is due to it being a low shoulder. Not sure I can have that fixed, but anyways, this fits much better than most RTW I find; shoulders are almost spot-on, and balance is good, front is a little short as usual but that seems to be less of a problem with a DB...
