HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 2519

So, maybe a little heavy-handed on the pattern matching today? I'm generally inclined to a solid tie on a solid shirt, especially with a pattern jacket. I think the shirt's pattern size may too easily echo the jacket's. On the upside, it may have a mesmerizing effect...

I like cuffed pants to have little to no break, and don't mind showing socks when walking (not when standing, though). I was more concerned about the overall drape, but thanks for the feedback smile.gif

there is nothing sleek or modern about having a significant trouser leg break, which was his first point.

lol that was fun.

@ lufty - i like that a lot, and im not usually into the bow tie look. well done.

Holdfast
"they look good to me; what aspect are you concerned about?"

The drape at the back of the thighs... maybe I'm just being a little OCD about it. I should post some back shots at the tailors' thread smile.gif

Ah, I see. Well, it's kind of tricky to see the back of the thighs from the angle you've posted. I suppose I could persuade myself there's some extra material there (there's a vertical fold near the back that may suggest this), but really, a back shot is needed to be sure, as you say.

Why is the above happening? Anyone have a fix for this? You may now return to your regular programming.smile.gif

Fred is really torn up about this. Something needs to be done. Don't make him mad.

No, because then you wouldn't be able to post either.

A good point convincingly made. And you really can't argue with the Diceman...

(PS: I don't think anyone is unaware that Fred is one of the posters with the best taste around here - which is why I was certain he wouldn't take this seriously)

Had there been a good taste filter, this thread would be much shorter, and my own contribution virtually eliminated.
