^ Now that you mention it, it seems too short indeed - maybe he has short legs and asked for a shorter jacket to balance them out?

^ The top half looks bang on.

It's not actually 5-6 inches too short. We don't know that without a full shot, because he may have monkey long arms. Judging by the photo, it seems to cover most of his rear, so likely just 1-2in short.

Terrible photos, but it should give you the idea...

Tough getting pics today amidst grey skies and storms. These will have to do.

Thanks and I agree...it's a bit busy. The sweater was unnecessary anyway as it turned out to be warmish day.

I think he just mixed up inches and centimetres.

My favorite fit of yours by far.

A brown tie is perfectly neutral but warmer than solid blue or black.

You're right about the flare which I think is definitely the worst offense.

Can't be 6" short but it's shorter than it should be.

Crappy lighting today, so the photo quality is not what it should be. Frigging cold today as well, hence the buttoned up peacoat. Rather casual underneath so not much is missed.

Oh, peacoat and trousers are both navy (they look black in the photo)
