whats with the vastly different sleeve lengths?

It looks like the right sleeve is hung up on his shirt in the first pic. Sleeves look uneven (and way too short for an overcoat) in the second pic.

Edited to add: Wait a sec...bottom button of vest buttoned but second button un-buttoned....ten points off...

Better fit than usual on your jacket. Pants still far, far too small/tight. Also, the tie thing is too precious. Cut it out.
