I respectfully disagree. The pose for my full-length shot today has a bit too much contrapposto in it (my left shoulder is out of kilter with my right), which doesn't flatter the suit (or me, for that matter), but the Phineas cut, overall, is fine for me. The non-horizontal lie of the hem of the skirt of the jacket is not my favorite aspect of this suit, but its effect is much subdued simply by unbuttoning the jacket.

Got a Galaxy S2, so my pics are probably going to be a little better from now on... not particularly this one though.

 

Same tie as a couple days ago. I really need some new cashmere ones. Shirt is Charles Tyrwhitt, tie is Lester (decent spanish brand) and PS is E.G. Cappelli. Coat is el cheapo from department store (no synthetics on the outer shell, though).

Much applause for today's post by RDiaz. He has assembled a really nice combination of color, pattern, and texture.

I am confused about the tie knot, shirt collar and lapels of the coat.

 

The tie knot somehow screams micro penis to me..more so because of the shirt collar. I'm thinking very overweight gentleman whose gut overhangs and obscures what looks to be undersized but in reality is probably normal, junk. I know you're supposed to be this very refined, opinionated gent here who gets a lot of respect, but these are my thoughts upon viewing the photo and I'm probably wrong.
