Did you interview on a Saturday? Hope it went well!

Suit is fine but I would have chosen a more sedate tie. Maybe dark blue with a small pattern. I would also use a FIH since the Windsor gives of a “playing grown up” vibe.

Your haircut is quite youthful. I would therefore recommend growing your hair out slightly and using a little less product.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for the feedback. Would you really wear a dark blue tie with a navy suit? (Maybe you can't tell it's navy in the picture). Also in general does it look like the jacket fits correctly? Also the interview went quite well so hopefully I get the offer!

Ok, the suit looked dark grey on my screen. I wear blue ties with navy suits all the time. Just make sure there is enough contrast between the blues. If you want some tie inspiration I recommend scrolling through this thread.

I would not worry about the suit. It looks fine to me. (It is tough to judge from the picture but arms might be a little big.) If you show up looking neat in a crisp freshly ironed shirt with well polished (black!) shoes no one is going to cut you because your suit doesn’t fit perfectly. If you get the job you can start worrying about the fit and how many suits you will need in your rotation. wink.gif

Spend some time looking at common interview questions for investment banking and practice your answers. It is far worse if you draw blank on a question than if you wear an ugly tie.

(There are also tons of other thread on this forum dedicated to interview tips and clothing advice)

That coat looks small, like it cannot be buttoned without significant pulling.

This is awesome.

+1, although I am unsure of the bowtie, the rest of the outfit is excellent.

Deets on the coat and trousers Holdfast?

I would not want to see a FIH with that shirt collar. I think it looks good on him.

Agreed on the hair.

I like the collar to be a bit more spread for symmetric knots... I would have gone with a FIH in this case. But he seems to have tied it pretty tight, so it's not that bulky and kinda looks OK.
