I'm sorry to see it come to an end, as so many fits would benefit by being covered in a cape.

Don't worry, I'm keeping the poncho topic open.

I think you need another subdued color or else it comes off as too pastel. Add in the patterns of the shirt and bow tie, it is all too much. I like your enthusiasm and gusto but I think either the pants or sweater should be the stars. Not both. IMO, with that jacket, wear it with the pink pants and wear a darker tie/shirt to ground it.

+1 I actually think that the slightly out of control pocket square works with the overall excentricity of the outfit BUT Citan1145 has clearly hit the nail on the head and there is just too much going on within the one outfit.

Please educate me, Im open to new things (NOT CAPES)...

Also understand that I was not trying to shoot the blokes efforts down but merely offering my opinion on how the overall look could perhaps be improved.

I'm mainly snarking, but if the colors are as he describes, I think he's probably achieving what he's after.

Nah shoulders don't look big. This jacket is very flattering on you and you paired it with a nicely fitting pair of pants, well done!

There Twenty3 I just flipped it for you. Much better this way round.

I like this outfit on you dude. I think you carry it off well as a young guy.
Pretty funky colours, but very intense. A good fit for 23 posts. In terms of texture and pattern not too bad either.

Post Edit: Ahhh!!! I gotit now, your twenty3 and this is your 23rd post... Cool icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

The silky shit - pin it in place against the inside of the front of the pocket.
