Probably you cannot see this from the picture.

It wears absolutely fantastic !

This combination is not meant to go to the opera.

It 's for a free time stroll in the park and the center of the city.

What 's wrong with the coherence according to you ?

It just looks like a random jumble of clothes dominated by a massive purple cape, that could be the finest quality wool spun by Italian virgins only on nights when the moon is full, but which still looks like a fleece blanket. You like capes; we get it - after all you started a whole thread specially devoted to them. But however culturally and historically interesting the idea of a cape is, or particular capes are, it does not mean that if you wear any cape you look good, however good you might feel. And this one does not look good. In fact, it looks like the kind of cape my mother used to make and wear in the 1970s. I'm really very sorry that I can't be more positive.

Why are you posting this outfit in the MC-section instead of in the SW&D-section of the forum?eh.gif

Trying new Hickey Freeman suit after alterations. Little bit confused by area shown on last photo. Is it ok? Bad jacket fit or too low pants waist?

Pants waist too low IMO. If you have room in the crotch to bring them up that should fix the excessive break too.

^ Worst pictures ever, but from what I can see too short sleeves on the jacket and pants to to long.. And do the damn laces on your shoes?

Do you people actually review your pictures before you upload?
