Got a new shirt in the mail today.  TM Lewin St. James collar.  What do you all think of the fit?  Fresh out of the box, I starched it after I tried it on.

As for "famed Internet celeb" - hardly - simply someone too lazy to decapitate his fit pix shog[1].gif.
That is too bad. I was hoping to be able to post in the "Encounters with Celebrties" thread and I let me enthusiasm carry me away. The man I saw was also wearing abucket hat and his suede shoes were a lighter tan, but I so wanted to believe. Perhaps another time.

that is a difficult collar to pull off, made even harder if you will be wearing it jacketless. Also maybe try slightly thinner ties.

The white shirt might be too stark for the light jacket, but other than that (assuming no croc belt and I don't really like pocket squares anymore), this is actually very good.

There was no croc belt. Twas a proper fitting leather, for the loops of your pants.

I had an effing bengal out there with this before I switched to white.

Holy. Shit. No wonder you guys used to make fun of me.

Also, I sold both that tie and the shirt. Sorry.

Sadly, they are gone. They didn't turn out well at all and I had to delete them. The jackets fit was way off for me - I think I just can't do anything with a padded shoulder anymore. This one did and the balance was not right for my frame. Going to B&S, after only one wear sadly.

But, thanks to all of you for your comments, suggestions and spirited conversation for a Friday.

lol...stop being a smart ass...obviously athletes come in all different shapes and sizes (hey a sumo wrestler is an athlete) but when we talk about an athletic physique or build or drop or what have you we can assume its shoulder width to waist ratio.

I am not picking on citan in anyway, in fact I think hes a pretty good dresser especially for someone who is pretty new at it...certainly better than you...I mean your double his age and you still have collar gaps on your jackets. and No will not post a fit pic since I do not wear suits on a regular basis.

Enjoy the weekend icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Thanks for that but no reason to knock TB, he's a pretty helpful guy who I have learned quite a bit from. I appreciate lively discussion but really dislike direct insults or jabs at people that aren't in jest.
