In my head it worked, but I just felt like brown coat + green tie = tree Just felt a little off to me, but thanks. Love your suit today. I think it's flashy enough (probably muchmore so IRL) that toning down the other elements worked. ^Love your sack. ^Cool coat. DO the shoes have leather soles? Cant explain why, but IMO lime green shirts don't work (pretty much never). Im picturing this with a ocbd (Im boring and predictable) - love the fabric on the coat.

No. There's too much going on between the pocket square and the tie. While I understand the concept you're going for, the execution simply doesn't work. A plain navy tie would've worked, as would have a white pocket square. But together, it's simply too much.
